These Terms of Service govern the use of Axovira Technologies website, consultation flow, client communication, digital product planning, software development and related services.
Scope of Services
Axovira Technologies provides website development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, AI integrations, automation, cloud engineering, UI/UX design and technology consulting. Project scope, timeline, pricing and deliverables are confirmed through a written proposal, quotation, statement of work or approved communication.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements, business information, brand assets, access credentials and approvals on time.
- Review milestones, designs, builds and documents within agreed review windows.
- Ensure that supplied content, trademarks, data and third-party material are legally usable.
Payments and Delivery
Payment milestones, taxes, gateway charges and delivery schedule are defined in the approved quotation or invoice. Work may be paused if payment, feedback, access or approval is delayed.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, client-owned deliverables are transferred as agreed in the project scope. Axovira may retain reusable frameworks, libraries, internal tools, know-how and non-client-specific implementation patterns.
Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, SMS, email, analytics, app stores and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their pricing, approval, uptime and policy changes are outside Axovira's direct control.
Limitation of Liability
Axovira is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, third-party outages, policy rejections, misuse of software, client-side configuration errors or content supplied by the client.
